Wherever possible I like to do head swaps that leave me with 2 useable figures. The heads of 6 Old Guard gunners donated the bearskins to the Polish battalion, covered shako from greatcoated figures provided replacements some involving a third figure...
Those ex-oldguard figures now form part of a French line 12pdr Company. The Howitzer was originally allocated to an Old Guard heavy artillery company but the with the release of AB's 1795 Long Port Howitzer the Old Guard were partly re-equipped.
