My April so far

I was given another load of scrap parts at our Easter Big Game and so far this month this is what I've done with them.

A Will Mcnally 3D misprint SdKfz 247


An ancient Airfix VW.


A Matchbox SdKfz 11 for my Normandy HJ.


A Kettenkrad and 3,7cm Pak for Krafft at Arnhem.


A resin M10 for my Wessex Division.


A nice Pegasus Mercedes.


The RSO is SHQ and I actually bought it but the canopy is PSC 15mm and from the scrap box.


Another Will McNally misprint.


A plastic Loyd Carrier from Ken Hanning and an old Airfix 6 pounder from Rob Beswick.


The two Matchbox Fireflies I bought from ebay but three of the Shermans are from parts while number 51 is from Ken as a whole model ! They are done as 144 RAC od 33rd Armoured Brigade because that Brigade was the only one to use the Airfix type of Sherman in Normnady.

Now that the month is nearly over I don't expect to get much more done.
First some Diecasts I got at £1 each in a charity shop.





Next some British stuff, all refurbished from my scrap boxes.


An SHQ RSO with the windscreen and roof from a PSC model.

An Airfix 88 made from the scraps of at least five kits and the crew from a Zvezda gun.

A box of Valiant Fighting 20s that I treated myself to, I made the MMG using a gun carved from a PSC crewman and the mount made from the rods which form the dive brakes on an Airfix Ju88.

Some support for my Luftwaffe troops around Arnhem, SHQ hot from Andy Grubb.


Not a bad month's work I think.

Nice selection of bit there- very impressive
