28mm Indian Mutiny heads?

Hi all - maybe a stupid question but I`m looking to convert some 28mm figures I have and need separate heads wearing kepi type hats with neck sun protection (havelock). It occurs to me this type of headgear was worn by British forces during the Indian Mutiny period - any ideas

I will check but I think I have some ACW heads spare in Kepi? Would that suit, then just green stuff the flap?
