Re: Cheap ARV

Perhaps we should have a scrap box challenge as a group build?

Great work.

Only just seen these, they are great.
I don't generally go for Britannia tanks but these look good, and yes S and S stowage is perfect.
The Britannia tanks are all recycled, so old production. I picked them up on ebay and bring and buys.

Playing around a large table covered in figures under the control of several players is for me one of the most enjoyable aspects of the hobby. The key to these games is to have ...

Re: Arnhem Big Game 2018 the last day

Thank you for all the kind comments. We are planning to play 'The Island' table as a demo game at The Colours show in Newbury. We are also hoping to do the 101st table later in the year, but that will depend on being able to get all are group together for a weekend. It was a most enjoyable weekend, ...

Arnhem Big Game 2018 the last day

Sunday was a bit of a strange day, the first hour was spent finishing off day 3 (an hours actual play) and then it was into day 4. Unfortunately the dalays of Saturday had left us with only 2 hours of play for the last day. We had to be out of the hall by 3.00pm. On day 4 I moved to the Island to ta...

Re: Battlegroup Market Garden weekend

Loving all the terrain.

Am I right in thinking this is a series of small games linked by a theme rather than one big table?

Do the BG rules not allow you to play large multiplayer games?
